Training and Support

We are not to be thought of as just a supplier of your equipment. We provide personal consultation on an ongoing basis at no extra charge. Because we are not just a manufacturer, but are also photographers who use our systems, we can address any questions that you may have. We do this not just because it is the right thing to do but because we know what it is like starting out. We are happy to pass on the knowledge. No other company can or will make that offer with sincerity. There is no time or volume limit to phone calls or e-mails.

Included in any package, we provide training in the use of the system and the processing of photos from camera to print at our location. We can customize the training to your needs/preferences. If you would like the training to be done in your area, we are willing to travel to any location. Additional fees would apply.

We make this offer because we do not want a quick sale. We want to establish a long term, mutually beneficial, relationship with our clients. Our clients become our friends, not customer ID numbers. We bounce ideas off of each other and everybody wins. We have been were you are and know what it is like beginning a new venture.

We can show you how to take photos that will stand out. As in any aspect of photography, there are certain ways, tips and tricks that one can employ that can make work simple, easy, and fun. And if you have little or no photography experience, we will provide a checklist with all of the possible variables that your camera has and what the various settings should be set at.
